NOTL - TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE
This TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE is a SMALL totally PRIVATE winterized ONE FLOOR HOUSE with a PRIVATE DRIVEWAY. It is ideally located right next door on its own 50 x 120 foot lot with outdoor table and chairs. This is not a bed and breakfast. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with new full sized appliances and a DISHWASHER. Microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee perk, glasses, dishes etc. supplied. This house is PRIVATE and SELF CATERING. The LIVING ROOM is traditional with TV/DVD and stereo radio/cassette. There is a gas FIREPLACE in the living room, nice if is chilly. This room opens up to the kitchen so it makes it nice for socializing. The TWO BEDROOMS are not large but each has dressers and excellent QUEEN BEDS with good storage space designed under them. This TWO BEDROOM PLUS, 1000sq foot SEASONAL PRIVATE BUNGALOW is right next door to the three bedroom cottage. This house belongs to my family so you will find it upscale.
